I'm Chelsea, an instructional designer and e-learning developer who is dedicated to the perfect learner experience. Having spent eight years in the classroom and over a year in the instructional design field, learning and growing is near and dear to my heart.

Adaptability is second nature to me and I am always eager to learn something new. I enjoy taking time to test new technology or enhance my knowledge and skills with online courses. I also love sharing new discoveries with my teammates so that we can all succeed.

When I'm not working, I love to travel, read, volunteer for a local animal rescue (Saving Hope Animal Rescue), and spend a night in with my rescue dogs. This picture was taken in Ruidoso, New Mexico with my pup, Freddy. Now that I've hiked in the Swiss Alps, my next big travel goal is visiting the Irish coastline! ✈
